What form of payment is accepted?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) are excepted.  We also accept paypal & Cash App ($TwistedPride).

when will i receive my order?

All items shipped domestic & international via USPS Priority Mail or First Class. 

In stock items are shipped within 3 business days, excluding holidays.  

Retail hair and skin products are made to order, so please allow 3 business days for production, plus 3 days shipping time for USA orders.   International orders will take >1 week to receive.

T-Shirts are print on demand item, shipped directly from manufacturer. So, please allow 5-7 days for production, plus an additional 7 business days shipping time.  Your shirt will not arrive for at least business 14 days, after order is placed, for USA orders.

***International orders: It may frequently take 2 weeks to receive your order.

what if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen.  Please check with USPS regarding lost or stolen packages, since shipping includes $50 insurance coverage.

how will I know my items shipped & How much is shipping fee?

You will receive an email and tracking number when your order ships.  Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your package.  You will see shipping fee at end of checkout.

What is your return policy?

 All sales are final, on all items.  No returns, exchanges or cancellations.  Our goal is to ensure that you receive brand new items.  For sanitary reasons, creams and skin care items cannot be returned.  Returns only accepted for defective items.  The defective item will be exchanged for the same product. See process for defective returns below.  

*****Note: Incorrect size of clothing or jewelry is not considered a defect.  No exceptions.  The shirt measurements are listed on each product page to ensure accuracy when ordering.  Please see size chart for all shirts, prior to ordering.  Thank you for understanding that we pride ourselves in delivering you new items.  

what is the return process for defective item?

If item is defective, please send an email to within 5 days of product receipt, in order to be eligible for an exchange for the same product.  You will receive instructions for your return.  You will be responsible for shipping fees incurred for return of the item.  Unfortunately, no exchange accepted after the 5 day grace period.
