What form of payment is accepted?

We accept paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) online.  

Offline payments accepted include:

Cash App ($TwistedPride)

Venmo (@Adrienne-Flint)

Apple Pay (215-805-2373)

When will i receive my order?

Please refer to Shipping tab on homepage for extensive policy and disclaimer.

All items shipped domestic & international via USPS Priority Mail or First Class, unless UPS shipping option selected. 

In stock items are shipped within 3 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.  


Retail hair and skin products are made to order, so please allow 3 business days for production.  


***International orders: It may take 2 weeks or more to receive your order.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for items lost or stolen.  Please refer to shipping policy tab on homepage.

How will I know my items shipped & How much is shipping fee?

You will receive an email and tracking number when your order ships.  Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your package.  You will see shipping fee at end of checkout.

What is your return policy?

 All sales are final, on all items.  No returns, exchanges or cancellations.  Our goal is to ensure that you receive brand new items.  For sanitary reasons, creams and skin care items cannot be returned.  Returns only accepted for defective items.  The defective item will be exchanged for the same product. See process for defective returns below.  


What is the return process for defective item?

If item is defective, please send an email to Adrienne@twistedPride.com within 5 days of product receipt, in order to be eligible for an exchange for the same product.  You will receive instructions for your return.  You will be responsible for shipping fees incurred for return of the item.  Unfortunately, no exchange accepted after the 5 day grace period.
