USPS is experiencing shipping delays due to COVID 19. We have offered shipping options via UPS as an alternative.
All items shipped domestic & international via USPS will ship Priority Mail or First Class mail. Packages weighing less than 13oz will ship First Class Mail. Packages weighing more than 13oz will ship Priority Mail.
You will receive a tracking number via email, once your order is processed.
Once package arrives at USPS or UPS, ownership of package is turned over to the shipper and transfers to the buyers. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not responsible for lost, held, stolen or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS or UPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by Carrier.
In stock items are shipped within 3 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.
Retail hair and skin products are made to order, so please allow 3 business days for productions.
We are responsible for your purchase until it reaches the Post Office or UPS. After that, it is out of our control.
In case your shipment is delayed, lost, stolen or damaged in transit: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS/UPS.
***International orders: It may take 2 weeks or more to receive your order. We are not responsible for custom fees or delays in receiving orders due to package being held in Customs.
